Master`s Programme in Physiotherapy

Application period: March–August 2024

The programme creates opportunities for the graduates of physiotherapy education to obtain profound knowledge, advanced skills and professional conduct in the musculoskeletal physiotherapy field in order to increase competence as autonomous physiotherapist who manages working individually or as a team member at various health care system levels, as well as in education and research institutions locally or internationally. Moreover, the programme provides supervised research experience that allows graduates to continue their studies in the third cycle of higher education (PhD).

Conditions for commencing studies: Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy
Title of academic degree awarded on graduation: Master’s Degree in Health Sciences (Physiotherapy)
Tuition fee: 4500 EUR per academic year

The programme consists of the following modules:

Basic subjects (24.0 ECTS, incl. electives 6.0 ECTS)
Specialist subjects in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (66.0 ECTS)
Master`s thesis (30.0 ECTS)
